•  Apperance：Brown transparent liquid

•  PH value(10g/l)：3.0～5.0

[Characteristics]

• Good whtiness in acrylic fiber or fabric.
• Good stability for chlorite bleach.

[Application]

Chlorite-stable optical brightening agent with bluish-violet white shade for acrylic and secondary acetate in all stages of processing.

 

[Method of use]

Process A:

Dosage: 0.2～1.5%.

Dyeing liquor PH value is adjusted to 3-4 with oxilic acid dihydrate.

Ratio: 1:10-40

Temperature: dyeing at 90-98℃ about 40-60 min

Process B:

Dosage: 0.2～1.5%.

Sodium chlorite(80%): 2g/l

Sodium nitrate:1-3g/l

Dyeing liquor PH value is adjusted to 3-4 with oxilic acid dihydrate.

Ratio: 1:10-40

Temperature: dyeing at 90-98℃ about 40-60 min

 

[Transport,storage and packing]

• 35 kgs/barrel, and package as customer
•  The product is non-hazardous,chemical properties stability,be used

in any mode of transport.

•  At room temperature,storage for one year.
